DUNKIN’ IS FIRST TENANT FOR NEW RETAIL CENTER COMING TO 47TH SOUTH AND BROADWAY

A new retail center is coming to the southeast corner of 47th South and Broadway, and its first tenant will be be a doughnut shop.

Dunkin’ is taking 2,100 square feet at the center, which will leave 2,400 square feet left to lease.
