🏗️ The 250-unit apartment complex consists of 10 apartment buildings, a Clubhouse with a pool, large fitness center and a common area for smaller events. Complex will also have a half court basketball and pickle ball court as well as a playground.
🏗️ The project started in May 2024 and estimated completion is January 2026.
