RESTAURANT
THE OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY
WICHITA, KS
Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. The Portland-based restaurant chain, known for its homey pasta dishes and its three-course meals, opened its 43rd restaurant at the Waterfront development at 13th and Webb in Wichita, KS, summer of 2019. The building used to house the former Fox & Hound Bar + Grill, and Jaco was responsible for the entire renovation, including total remodel and enlargement of the kitchen by about 1,000 sq. ft.
The restaurant’s meticulous attention to unique décor and classical designs is a show of itself. Every room in the building is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. Jaco had a lot of fun installing custom-made architectural details, handmade chandeliers, and of course the trolley car.
The Old Spaghetti Factory location in Wichita is a full 10,389 sq. ft. and seats 365 people. It features two large banquet rooms, booths that overlook the lake and many different seating options, and a dining room where the chain’s signature trolley car is fitted with tables and chairs where diners can sit and eat.
