Value engineering expertise is all about finding solutions to keep your project on track and on budget in a world of variables you can’t control. The result is turnaround times that are typically faster than the industry standard.
An example: During the pandemic, we worked on a restaurant project that called for large amounts of steel in the building plans. We knew there would be a long delay to obtain the steel due to supply chain issues. The Jaco team worked with the client to use alternate materials in order to keep the project moving without compromising quality or building integrity.
