Let’s look at the details of our recent 24,000 sq ft restaurant/nightclub, the Riot House.🔍

➡ Owner: Monfort Companies & Riot House Denver
➡ Complete new structure built in and around the existing historical building. Complete demo of an existing bar and partial demo of the historic building
➡ 3 floors. Basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor/rooftop bar and patio
➡ Started working with the owner on conceptual design and pricing on Nov 21, and design was officially kicked off on Jan 22.
➡ Jaco consulted on the design, provided conceptual budgeting during design, and aided in procuring the building permit.

Jaco and our subcontractors worked around the clock, on weekends and holidays, to ensure the owner’s completion date was met. 👏👏
