Jaco isn’t a stranger to hotel ventures. Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Great Bend, Kansas, is a 4-story, 78-room hotel that consists of a 24-hour business center, board room, 900 square foot conference room, day-and-night fitness center, and indoor pool. Located at the point where the course of the Arkansas River bends east then southeast (hence the city’s name), this $5,900,000 project has had an amazing turnout in the Kansan region, and it is located at 3821 10th St., Great Bend, KS 67530. In Rantoul, Illinois, our $6,591,000 project for Noble Hospitality is a new 49,000 sf, 4-story, 74-room, wood-framed hotel, located at 946 Broadmeadow Rd., Rantoul, IL 61866.

Our third Holiday Inn Express & Suites was finalized in the summer of 2017, and it is located in Sterling, Colorado. This four-story, 84-room and approximately 52,000 sf. is our third hotel for Noble hospitality, and was built in 10 months from groundbreaking to grand opening.
