Max comes from a construction family. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing a project completed and his hard work come to fruition. He also thrives in a team environment that’s positive and supportive.

The lake is Max’s favorite place to be. When he’s not working, you might find him out in a boat, fishing!
