Knipp has been a part of the Wichita community and two-thirds of Kansas for over half a century, specializing in HVAC services and serving over ten different markets. Jaco was responsible for the management of their facility’s expansion which took place in early 2016.

The new office area includes three new conference rooms, hospitality bar, large reception area, new restrooms, and two large office spaces with new cubicle work stations. Their existing space received all new flooring and paint, which required careful coordination with the owners to keep their business operating in the same space. Jaco also constructed a new warehouse and an all-glass vestibule, and replaced the concrete parking lot as well.
